Television?
What do you do when you get bored? Go and watch TV. A lot of people on Earth that have the TV, watch it a lot. When it was invented, it was completely different. The object television was born a long time ago. Before it was made, lots of its parts were made by many scientists. After joining their ideas came the television. But, its differences to today's television are: it had only images, no sound, no remote and it did not have colours, because it displayed all the images only in the colours black and white.
Later, came sound along with the TV, and so did public broadcasts, but the TV seemed too expensive for everybody to afford it. Soon, to add more images came channels. TVs first had just 1 channel of programs to watch, then came 10 channels, then 49 channels, and today we can even watch channels that come from the other side of the Earth. With the TV that even shows the other side of the Earth makes it seem as if the world is becoming smaller. But, the big question is what led the TV to what it is today?
It is technology. As we discover new things, we improve. Now, we can even see the other end of the Earth, for every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week and every month of a year. A television set is good to have in a house to look at the news and for some entertainment for a while, but now it seems that it's also being abused. Children even become addict to televisions, and can't remove their eyes off the screen. After this, their eyesight decreases. So, is a television a boon or a bane?
